The Meta SuperIntelligence Lab is dedicated to developing AI-powered experiences for consumers, leveraging Meta's cutting-edge models. Meta is seeking an operations lead for the Meta SuperIntelligence Lab organization. This role is crucial for facilitating and driving the success of the leader, their respective leadership team, and the broader MSL organization. Key responsibilities include comprehensive executive operations, including but not limited to meeting preparation and management, project coordination, organizational engagement, alongside proactive stakeholder management and project oversight for emergent MSL priorities. The candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational proficiency, proven experience in managing complex projects, excellent written communication skills, and seamlessly transition between providing strategic counsel and managing tasks. This individual must be a collaborative team member, prepared to thrive in a dynamic, high-expectation professional environment. Entrepreneurial acumen, proven ability to manage complex and sensitive information with agility, and a commitment to exercising the highest level of discretion are desired. This role is designed for a highly strategic, execution-oriented operator who can support a fast-moving AI organization with focus, accountability, and scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a central point of operational coordination and rhythms for the MSL organization, ensuring clear communication, effective information flow, and operational drumbeat towards executing on priorities
  • Build working relationships and facilitate collaboration with internal cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, HR, and the Admin team, to enable seamless execution, remove friction, and advance organizational objectives
  • Maintain a real-time understanding of the Office of MSL’s highest-priority initiatives by participating in key forums, tracking progress against critical goals, and ensuring the leader is consistently equipped with clear insights, recommendations, and decision context
  • Draft and curate executive level documents, agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external engagements, and drive disciplined follow through to ensure alignment and accountability

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience in operations, business lead, program management, or a similar role within a fast pace and complex organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, including meeting preparation, action tracking, and follow-up coordination
  • Experience in providing support to C-Suite executives, including navigating company policies and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft executive briefs and presentations
  • Proven track-record of organizing, developing, and executing strategy projects that deliver results
  • Proficient understanding of Artificial Intelligence

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
