Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced MSBI Lead who will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading end‑to‑end Business Intelligence solutions using the Microsoft BI stack. The ideal candidate should be hands‑on, lead a small BI team, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‑performance analytics solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end‑to‑end MSBI implementations including SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS
  • Architect scalable BI and data warehouse solutions
  • Perform technical design reviews and enforce BI best practices
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies
  • Design and develop: ETL solutions using SSIS
  • Design and develop: Multidimensional / Tabular models using SSAS
  • Design and develop: Dashboards and reports using SSRS / Power BI
  • Build and maintain Data Warehouses and Data Marts
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze reporting requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical BI solutions
  • Provide estimations, planning, and delivery commitments

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in Microsoft BI technologies
  • Minimum 2+ years in a Lead / Senior role
  • Strong expertise in: SSIS (ETL, performance tuning, error handling)
  • Strong expertise in: SSAS (Tabular & Multidimensional models)
  • Strong expertise in: SSRS
  • Strong expertise in: SQL Server (T‑SQL, optimization, indexing)
  • Experience with Data Warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schema)
  • Hands‑on experience with Power BI (preferred)
  • Understanding of Azure Data Services (ADF, Azure SQL, Synapse — added advantage)
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work independently and lead from the front
