Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: SQL and DB2
Software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting
Developing backend services, performing code reviews, and collaborating with peers on software development solutions

Job Responsibility

Plan and guide technology projects, serving as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
Duties include: plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage, monitoring progress to assure deadlines, standards, and targets are met
analyze requirements documentation including business process flows, outcome diagrams, PI planning, story refinement, creation of definitions, demos, and project governance
direct product analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of internal and external environmental influences and competitive pressures - incorporates results into product roadmap and overall product strategy
translate data points and business processes, understanding data patterns and identifying defects in order to implement technical projects on schedule
conduct fact-finding and independent research to design creative, progressive technology solutions for software issues
conduct business impact analysis of system defects, control/audit deficiencies, outages, and enhancements
execute queries with data processing applications to generate key data points needed to explain technology project development and implementation to management stakeholders
utilize SAFe Agile methodologies, writing features and user stories, acceptance criteria, API mapping and Project Management Tools such as CA Clarity PPM, Rally, MS Project, MS SharePoint, and MS Office Suite
manage project teams

Manage defect resolution and release processes, including raising and monitoring defects
Generate comprehensive testing reports and statistics as required
