Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MS Power Platform Support Engineer with strong experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development, along with a solid background in support and DevOps practices. The role focuses on maintaining, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-grade automation solutions, handling incidents, and ensuring smooth delivery of change requests while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide L2/L3 support for MS Power Platform applications and automations
  • Handle incident, problem, and change management tickets within defined SLAs/TRT
  • Analyze business processes and implement automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Deliver change requests (minor to medium complexity) with high quality and efficiency
  • Support UAT, production deployments, and hyper care activities
  • Build and maintain knowledge base for known issues, solutions, and risks
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Manage code repositories, perform code merges, and ensure quality checks
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders and provide status updates
  • Monitor applications and ensure stability and performance

Requirements

  • 5 years of IT experience with 3–4 years in MS Power Platform development
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas / Model-Driven) and Power Automate
  • Experience in application support or DevOps roles
  • Good understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and environment management
  • Knowledge of JavaScript or scripting languages is an advantage
  • Familiarity with .NET C# is a plus
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
