Job Responsibility:

  • Provision, manage, and decommission user, shared, resource, and archive mailboxes
  • Configure mailbox permissions (Full Access, Send As, Send on Behalf)
  • Monitor mailbox quotas and storage
  • perform cleanup and recovery operations
  • Manage legal Hold, In-Place Hold, and retention policies for compliance
  • Administer and maintain Exchange environments using the Exchange Admin Center and PowerShell
  • Monitor service health, audit logs, and message trace for performance and availability
  • Manage certificates, RBAC permissions, and Exchange-related configurations
  • Automate routine tasks and reporting using PowerShell scripting
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot mail flow using connectors and transport rules
  • Manage Accepted and Remote Domains, SMTP relays, and journaling configurations
  • Conduct message tracing, NDR analysis, and delivery troubleshooting
  • Optimize routing between Exchange Online and third-party systems
  • Configure and maintain DLP (Data Loss Prevention), anti-phishing, and anti-malware policies
  • Implement retention and archive policies aligned with regulatory needs
  • Manage Microsoft Purview compliance tools such as eDiscovery, audit logs, and sensitivity labels
  • Collaborate with Security teams to ensure secure mail communication and reporting
