Job Description:

Join NTT DATA as a MS Engineer (L3) and leverage your extensive Managed Services experience to provide exceptional client service. You will manage complex technical incidents, mentor junior team members, and work across various technology domains including Cloud, Security, and Networking. A bachelor's degree in IT/Computing is required, along with certifications such as CCNP and VMware Certified Professional. This is a 1-year contractual role with a focus on optimizing service quality and ensuring compliance with SLAs. Competitive compensation details are available upon inquiry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide exceptional service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents
  • Ensure client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational
  • Pre-emptive service incident resolution, product reviews, and operational improvements
  • Manage high-complexity tickets, perform advanced tasks, and provide diverse solutions while ensuring zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Work across various technology domains such as Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications
  • Conduct necessary checks, apply monitoring tools, and respond to alerts
  • Log incidents with required detail, analyze, assign, and escalate support calls
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and automation
  • Create knowledge articles for frequent tasks/issues and train junior team members
  • Provide inputs to automation teams to reduce manual efforts
  • Engage with third-party vendors when necessary
  • Keep systems and portals updated
  • Coach L2 teams on advanced troubleshooting techniques
  • Support implementation and delivery of projects, disaster recovery functions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)
