Job Description

Join NTT DATA as a Managed Services Engineer L3, where you will leverage your extensive Managed Services experience to resolve technical incidents and enhance service quality. This role requires a strong understanding of ITIL processes and the ability to work across various technology domains, including Cloud, Security, and Networking. Job Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents
  • Ensure client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational
  • Pre-emptive service incident resolution, product reviews, and operational improvements
  • Manage high-complexity tickets and perform advanced tasks
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Conduct necessary checks, apply monitoring tools, and respond to alerts
  • Log incidents with required detail, analyze, assign, and escalate support calls
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and automation
  • Create knowledge articles for frequent tasks/issues and train junior team members
  • Provide inputs to automation teams
  • Engage with third-party vendors when necessary

Requirements

  • Extensive Managed Services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes
  • Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties
  • Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups
  • Effective planning skills, even in changing circumstances
