Job Description

The Associate End User Compute Technical Services Systems Integration Specialist role at NTT DATA is an entry-level position focused on learning and supporting the TS Systems Integration team. The candidate will assist with configurations, installations, and break/fix events while developing essential technical skills. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required, along with relevant Microsoft certifications. The role emphasizes proficiency in Microsoft technologies and a strong client service orientation.

Job Responsibility

  • Learns the ability to start 'owning' portions of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management during project lifecycle
  • Functions jointly with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements
  • Action less complex configurations and installations
  • Attend to less complex break/fix events during project lifecycle
  • Provides support and work alongside with Senior Associate/L2 and other senior support engineers
  • Performs any other related task as required

  • Relevant proficiency in following Microsoft technologies - Active Directory, M365, O365, Exchange, Exchange Online, SCCM, Intune, Teams, Azure, Windows Server (all), Windows Desktop (all)
  • Basic understanding and appreciation of technical design principles
  • Ability to develop an understanding of fundamental project and administration processes
