We are seeking a hands-on D365 CRM & Power Pages Developer with strong development expertise to design, build, and integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The role involves close collaboration with onshore teams and clients, translating business requirements into scalable and secure technical implementations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and customise D365 CRM solutions, including entities, forms, views, and business rules
  • Design and develop C# plugins, custom workflows, and extensions following best practices
  • Build and manage Power Automate (cloud flows) for business process automation
  • Develop JavaScript for form scripting, validations, and UI enhancements
  • Implement system integrations using D365 Web API and custom services
  • Configure and manage security roles, teams, and access models in D365
  • Design, develop, and customise Power Pages, including web pages, forms, lists, and authentication
  • Collaborate effectively with onshore teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) development
  • Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and D365 Web API
  • Expertise in customisations, plugins, workflows, cloud flows, and security management
  • Solid experience with Power Pages development
  • Experience in using ALM tools like Azure DevOps
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in an onshore–offshore delivery model

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on Azure development for integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and secure API design
