For our Client – a renowned company in the aviation industry, operating in an international environment and located in the vicinity of Rzeszów – we are looking for a candidate for the position of MS Dynamics 365 Consultant.
Job Responsibility:
Daily administration and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on Customer Service and Field Service modules
Provide support to business users across different departments (queues, cases, work orders, resource bookings)
Configure and customize the system — entities, forms, views, business rules — mainly using no-code/low-code tools
Manage users, security roles, teams, mailboxes, and queue settings
Monitor system performance and resolve synchronization or email issues
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with training materials and process documentation
Maintain and optimize schedule boards, resources, incidents, and other operational areas of Dynamics 365
Requirements:
Hand-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform concerning systems administration and configuration
Strong technical and functional understanding of the Field Service and Customer Service modules
Problem-solving mindset and ability to analyze technical issues logically
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
ability to mentor or share knowledge is an advantage
Very good command of English
