Their work spans commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects - offering variety, client exposure, and the chance to make a real impact. They're now looking for an MRICS Building Surveyor to join the team - someone who enjoys a mix of professional and project work and wants to continue developing within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a broad range of building surveying services
Managing projects from inception to completion
Carrying out professional work including dilapidations, party wall, and technical due diligence
Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
Consultancy background preferred
Strong communication and client-facing skills
A proactive, motivated approach
