MRB Process Referent Job at Airbus (Toulouse Area)

Job Description

ATR is looking for a MRB process referent to come onboard in our Engineering Directorate in EOS team: a team of 6 collaborators!

Lead ATR MRB process, ensuring full compliance of the MRBR with applicable regulations (PART21, IMPS, MSG-3)
Monitor MSG-3 and IMPS regulation evolutions, implement process modifications when required
Identify and drive initiatives aimed at lowering DMC
Drumbeat calendar optimization exercise ensuring project delivery as per committed planning
Support the development of a new MRBR production tool
Develop innovative solutions to propose “tailored” maintenance program evolution to ATR customers

Field of study: Maintenance aeronautics
10YE of experience in Aircraft Maintenance program management
Active participation in international maintenance working group
Solid expertise in MSG-3/MRB process and associated regulations
Good knowledge of aircraft modification certification process
Ability to gain buy-in in a context of differing interests with significant stakes
Ability to collaborate effectively and drive international maintenance working group
Good adaptability and creativity
Fluent and able to negotiate in English (C1 minium) and French
