Job Responsibility:
Build relationships with our recommended panel of solicitors
Allocating instructed clients to a panel member – management of panel
Professional email writing
Speaking to buyers and sellers over the phone
Managing completion of client forms with strict deadlines
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Managing multiple and changing priorities at once
Preparing emails for clients and reports for manager
Stakeholder management
Meeting deadlines and SLAs appropriate to your role
Requirements:
Strong communicator who can build positive relationships with clients, solicitors, and internal teams
Highly organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and service standards
Proactive, customer‑focused, and eager to learn, with the drive to grow your responsibilities as you develop in the role
