Lead comprehensive move operations as a Move Manager with JLL, where you'll coordinate end-to-end occupancy change management by reviewing approved requests, managing vendor partnerships, and ensuring safe, accurate moves into spaces ready for occupancy. You'll serve as the central coordination point for all move-related communications, from initial occupancy planner approval through post-transaction feedback while maintaining accurate schedules in move management systems and producing relevant schedules for service providers. Your leadership will contribute to JLL's service excellence while you manage furniture inventory, coordinate complex group moves, and implement MAC activities that support client business needs across diverse facility environments including specialized laboratory spaces.
Job Responsibility:
Lead comprehensive move operations

Serve as the central coordination point for all move-related communications, from initial occupancy planner approval through post-transaction feedback
maintain accurate schedules in move management systems and producing relevant schedules for service providers
Manage furniture inventory, coordinate complex group moves, and implement MAC activities that support client business needs across diverse facility environments including specialized laboratory spaces
Review approved occupancy change requests for appropriate grade, location, availability, and timing while coordinating vendor partners end-to-end and maintaining accurate schedules in TANGO Move Module system
Manage all communications with customers from reception of OP approval through post-transaction feedback, identify missing data requiring clarification, and disseminate information to appropriate parties for action
Manage departure spaces through weekly reviews creating work orders for "space ready" status, perform monthly space audits reviewing occupancy versus database records, and implement approved corrections with occupancy planners
Issue formal requests for facility modifications using Work Order systems, manage furniture storage areas with outsourced vendors, maintain furniture and signage inventory documentation, and coordinate periodic maintenance through external vendors
Develop and implement group move plans collaborating with Occupancy Planners, Facility Management, and Construction teams while coordinating MAC activities including signage creation, field audits, and vendor management
Manage supporting suppliers including technology, telephony, and furniture vendors while coordinating with IT, VTS, Construction, and Associate Relocations contractors to determine implementation dates and communicate schedules
Demonstrate understanding of general safety and EH&S protocols involving cleaning, decontamination, and moving requirements while managing locker assignments, clean-out processes, and escalating issues to management
Requirements:
Three to five years of relevant experience in facilities, laboratory environments, or space planning
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
project management or move management background
Excellent computer skills including fluency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize CAFM facility management software tools including ServiceNow and TANGO systems
Strong innovation, collaboration, organization, and communication skills
ability to interact comfortably with full range of decision makers from supervisors to senior management

Involvement in Interior Design or Real Estate with knowledge of space planning and interior design principles, facility and furniture systems, and architectural methods and codes
Working knowledge of industry standards and procedures with experience in furniture reconfigurations, space enhancements, and small project management coordination
Extensive experience coordinating with multiple service providers, managing contractor relationships, and overseeing complex logistics involving union craft labor and support personnel
Background in implementing operational improvements, developing standard operating procedures, or enhancing move management processes within corporate real estate environments
Relevant certifications in project management, facility management, or move coordination with demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and industry best practices
