We are looking for a reliable Mould Wash Operative to join our team. You will be responsible for treating and removing mould and damp in residential properties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our tenants. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and treat mould and damp affected areas in residential properties
  • Apply mould cleaning and prevention treatments safely
  • Ensure all work meets health and safety standards
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and cleaning materials
  • Report property issues and complete accurate work records
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and supervisors

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in mould removal, property maintenance, or cleaning preferred
