Requirements

Previous experience in mould removal, property maintenance, or cleaning preferred
Understanding of health and safety procedures and PPE usage
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Full UK driving licence

Job Responsibility

Identify and treat mould and damp affected areas in residential properties
Apply mould cleaning and prevention treatments safely
Ensure all work meets health and safety standards
Maintain tools, equipment, and cleaning materials
Report property issues and complete accurate work records
Communicate effectively with tenants and supervisors
