Job Description:

Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role. Our Sales Executives really are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships. Joining us as a Sales Executive means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during this exciting experience of buying their motorbike.

Job Responsibility:

  • Communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on their journey to buying a new motorbike
  • Be the key point of contact for customers
  • Deliver first class customer experiences
  • Ensure service is right first time and every time

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience within a retail environment
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to engage with customers face-to-face
  • A full and valid UK motorbike licence (beneficial)
