We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team at Vertu BMW Motorrad. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent one of the world’s most iconic motorcycle brands, working with customers who are passionate about performance, engineering and the freedom of riding. The role offers a basic salary of £22,000, with an uncapped commission structure that enables high performers to earn well in excess of £45,000 OTE. Alongside strong earning potential, we offer genuine work-life balance. You’ll work a 40-hour week (five 8-hour shifts), be present for most Saturdays as our busiest sales day, and enjoy a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed every Sunday, giving you a consistent day to switch off and recharge. This is a role for someone who understands the difference between selling transport and selling a lifestyle.
Job Responsibility:
Specialise in the sale of new and used motorcycles, accessories, and related products
Guide customers through the full motorcycle buying journey – from the first conversation and test ride, through to finance options, handover and aftersales introductions
Represent a premium motorcycle brand renowned for innovation, build quality and rider experience, delivering a service that matches the expectations of BMW Motorrad customers
Requirements:
Currently working as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry (minimum 12 months)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Full UK motorcycle licence
Full UK driving license
