Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team at Vertu BMW Motorrad. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent one of the world’s most iconic motorcycle brands, working with customers who are passionate about performance, engineering and the freedom of riding. The role offers a basic salary of £22,000, with an uncapped commission structure that enables high performers to earn well in excess of £45,000 OTE. Alongside strong earning potential, we offer genuine work-life balance. You’ll work a 40-hour week (five 8-hour shifts), be present for most Saturdays as our busiest sales day, and enjoy a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed every Sunday, giving you a consistent day to switch off and recharge. This is a role for someone who understands the difference between selling transport and selling a lifestyle.

Job Responsibility

  • Specialise in the sale of new and used motorcycles, accessories, and related products
  • Guide customers through the full motorcycle buying journey – from the first conversation and test ride, through to finance options, handover and aftersales introductions
  • Represent a premium motorcycle brand renowned for innovation, build quality and rider experience, delivering a service that matches the expectations of BMW Motorrad customers

Requirements

  • Currently working as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry (minimum 12 months)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

  • Full UK motorcycle licence
  • Full UK driving license
