Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
(1) one-year related experience working with U.S. Army combat and tactical equipment preferred
Relevant experience gained in commercial production control position is acceptable
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization
Must have a valid and current state driver’s license
Must understand and be able to use Technical Manuals
Must be able to complete paperwork associated with vehicle maintenance and repairs
Ability to manipulate and use hand tools and hydraulic equipment
Ability to work in a team environment
Passing a pre-employment drug screen and a government background check is required

Job Responsibility

Assists one or more workers in the skilled maintenance trades by performing specific or general duties of lesser skill
Performs a variety of tasks such as washing, lubricating, loading, unloading, and storing automotive parts and supplies
Maintains and cleans working areas
May be allowed to perform specialized machine operations, or parts of a trade that are also performed by workers
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested
