Job Description:

A vacancy has arisen within Admiral Money for a Motor Recoveries Executive within our growing Recoveries function. The Motor Recoveries Executive plays a key role in supporting the recoveries process by working with motor dealers, customers and internal teams to resolve post‑sale issues and recover funds. You will be responsible for dealer commission recovery, supporting motor vehicle collections, and providing wider support to unsecured personal loan recoveries, ensuring fair customer outcomes and protecting the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contacting motor dealers to identify, query, negotiate and recover overpaid commission or related payments in line with agreements and internal processes
  • Requesting, reviewing and validating supporting documentation, maintaining accurate case notes and audit trails
  • Working closely with internal teams such as Finance, Operations, Sales and Dealer Support to resolve discrepancies and prevent repeat issues
  • Supporting motor vehicle collections by contacting customers to arrange and confirm vehicle return or collection appointments
  • Liaising with external collection agents, auction and remarketing partners to ensure timely collections
  • Maintaining accurate system updates, tracking progress and proactively resolving issues such as missed appointments or disputes
  • Communicating clearly and sensitively with customers, including those in financial difficulty or vulnerable circumstances
  • Supporting the wider recoveries team with unsecured personal loan recoveries, including administrative tasks relating to insolvencies, debt management plans, litigation and debt collection agencies
  • Maintaining clear, compliant records and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and customer journeys

Requirements:

  • Experience in recoveries or collections, ideally within motor finance, asset finance or unsecured lending
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging both customers and motor dealers
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Able to handle sensitive conversations and deliver fair customer outcomes
  • Confident using Microsoft tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in a recoveries or collections environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and third parties
  • Experience working accurately within process-driven or regulated environments
  • Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Develop and coordinate system work windows such as turbine/generator, feed water, etc. to ensure safe and timely execution of the planned outages of Barakah Nuclear Power Plant including all aspects of preparation, planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of assigned system windows in accordance with Nawah standards and procedures
  • Act as the Key, Responsible point of contact for preparation, planning, execution, and closeout of assigned system windows, focused on Motor-operated valve (MOV) and Air-operated valve (AOV) maintenance, to ensure outage milestones are met and stakeholders have a clear understanding of outage activities
  • Oversee system windows to ensure that Nuclear Safety is being maintained
  • Lead the development and implementation of the scheduling process, including resolving schedule conflicts with various stakeholder organizations, to ensure affected parties are aware of changes
  • Coordinate the preparation, planning, execution, and closeout of MOV/AOV related system windows with a focus on Nuclear Safety to ensure outage milestones are met and shutdown safety is maintained
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with the various organizations such as Maintenance (MNT), Operations (OP), Engineering (ENG), Radiation Protection (RP), and Procurement for system window schedule development to ensure stakeholders maintain high situational awareness
  • Liaise with the OP function and Nuclear Risk Management (NRM) function in order to eliminate schedule induced challenges to nuclear safety, plant technical specifications, and operating requirements
  • Develop and keep a suite of reports and metrics to track all aspects of system window performance to ensure at risk areas are identified early enough to implement a recovery strategy
  • Identify, assess and manage Outage schedule risks associated with MOV/AOV maintenance that may threaten shutdown safety or the execution of work window tasks to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant outage completion and subsequent online operation
