Job Description:

My client is a leading firm in defending motor claims and is looking to recruit a Motor Fraud Paralegal to join their growing Casualty Fraud Team in Birmingham.

Job Responsibility:

Manage your own litigated caseload of fast-track and multi-track files involving suspected fraud
Cover exaggerated and fabricated claims
Cover staged accidents and organised fraud
Cover substituted injury and falsified accident circumstances
Gain exposure to related areas such as motor claims, housing disrepair, property damage, highways litigation

Requirements:

Previous experience handling or assisting on a motor claims caseload
Exposure to fraud cases is ideal, but not essential
Litigation experience

Nice to have:

Exposure to fraud cases
