Job Description:

My client, a leading international law firm, is looking to recruit a Motor Fraud Paralegal to join their growing Birmingham team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the firm's fastest-growing departments, with a clear path to qualification.

Job Responsibility:

Managing your own caseload of motor fraud claims from day one
Conducting investigations
Analysing medical records
Drafting witness statements
Progressing files through the litigation process
Getting involved in wider business development initiatives

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year’s litigation experience (fraud or personal injury experience is advantageous)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

Nice to have:

Fraud or personal injury experience
