Job Description:

Motor Claims Service Consultants are responsible for managing motor claims portfolios through to settlement, handling a high volume of customer communications, and adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements. They operate within a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a national based portfolio of motor claims through to settlement
  • majority of scheduled time spent rostered on our inbound motor claims queue
  • handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers
  • understanding and adhering to all relevant policies, while working within the compliance and regulatory requirements of the role

Requirements:

  • High level of customer service experience
  • insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable
  • genuinely passionate about helping customers
  • ability to multi-task and work in a high volume/fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • ability to work a rotating roster between the hours of 8am-6.00pm (local time based on your location)
  • ability to work a training roster from 9am-5.30pm (AEST time)
