Motor assessor

• Accurately assess vehicle damage to determine the most cost effective and appropriate repair methods
• Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and in person
• Write assessment reports, negotiating scope and cost of vehicle repairs with repairers
• Display a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others

• 5+ years experience post apprenticeship as a panel beater, spray painter, or mechanic
• Experience with quoting is strongly preferred
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Broad understanding of insurance claims and processes is a plus
• Able to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Must have a Full Drivers License and be willing to undergo a police check
