Job Responsibility:

Completing assessments of motor vehicles in either repair cost or total loss
Providing customers with access to the prompt resolution of complaints
Complying with motor assessing process, guidelines, allowances, parts policy, severity coding requirements and repairer standards
Applying repair cost benchmarking, alternative parts reporting, and scorecards to improve repairer performance
Contributing to improving the customer service of Selected and non-Selected repairers
Completing total loss reports within 24 hours of assessment
Understanding customer insights and feedback

Requirements:

Trade qualifications as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter, or Motor Mechanic
Ideally has an experience as a repair estimator as well as a qualified Panel Beater and/or Spray Painter
An understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques and experience quoting damaged vehicles
Current Driver's License
Well-developed computer skills, excellent organisation and time management skills
Previous experience in Motor Vehicle assessing practices (desirable)
Experience using Audanet and/or Estimage will be highly desirable but not essential
