As a Motion Graphics Designer, you’ll help shape how Solace looks and feels across paid channels, social media, websites, email campaigns, and print. You’ll help translate complex healthcare ideas into thoughtful, performance-driven creative, with a strong emphasis on motion, animation, and video-forward design. You will be expected to distill complex ideas into beautiful, effective marketing that performs. This role requires equal parts clarity, creativity, and speed, along with strong command of motion and design tools to bring our campaigns to life in dynamic ways.
Job Responsibility:
Bring beauty and simplicity to complex ideas through motion-forward, high-performing paid and organic marketing creative
Create animated and static assets for videos, social media, paid and organic channels, landing pages, email campaigns, and print
Be autonomous. You’ll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way
Work with multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll partner closely with performance, integrated, and lifecycle marketing to find elegant solutions to design challenges
Actively participate in creative testing and iteration, using performance learnings to inform future work
Learn and become a guardian of our consistent design framework and standards to bring the Solace brand to life
Requirements:
Comfort with ambiguity
Curiosity for all things beautiful
An eye for motion, pacing, and visual rhythm
A strong design foundation (typography, color, composition, layout), with an interest or strength in motion
Intuition for what performs in consumer-facing paid marketing
Exceptional skills with design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
