Requirements

2-4 years in graphic and motion design for a consumer brand or agency
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)
Familiarity with Figma is a plus
Strong understanding of digital design standard methodologies across various channels
Ability to independently lead design concepts and deliver quality work with quick turnaround times
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and applying feedback
Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly preferred
Familiarity or experience with AI tools in design is a plus

Own and evolve KAYAK's visual identity in the LATAM market
Develop innovative design concepts for diverse marketing channels
Create compelling assets, including graphics for landing pages, social media, paid advertisements, newsletters, and videos
Source authentic and exciting imagery that reflects our brand’s values across various platforms
Collaborate on marketing brainstorms focused on growing our brand presence across the LATAM region
Edit and produce high-quality videos and animated assets using templates and original content
Revise, format, and resize assets to ensure optimal performance across multiple platforms
Use design software to create captivating light animations that elevate asset performance
