Helpware is a global technology-driven company providing Customer Experience and Operational Support services across multiple regions. Our Marketing Team is growing, and we are looking for a Motion-First Graphic Designer to create fast, high-quality motion content for both client projects and the Helpware brand. The role focuses on scalable production, reusable templates, and efficient motion systems, with After Effects used mainly for high-impact ("hero") tasks.
Job Responsibility
Create motion creatives for social media and advertising, including reels, stories, short loops, animated posts, and kinetic typography
Produce multiple variations for A/B testing (hooks, CTAs, formats, color schemes, and copy)
Adapt static designs into motion while maintaining brand consistency and visual identity
Develop and maintain a motion design system, including animation templates, libraries, and export presets
Use AI tools to accelerate production and generate variations within brand guidelines
Requirements
Strong proficiency in English (minimum B1 required, B2 preferred)
Solid design fundamentals: composition, typography, color theory, and branding consistency
Proven experience creating motion content for social media and ads (fast-paced, performance-driven, CTA-focused)
Confident use of Figma and at least one fast video-editing tool (CapCut Desktop, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
Systems thinking: experience working with templates, reusable components, and structured workflows
Nice to have
Experience with Rive, Lottie, or template-based animation workflows
Background in performance creative, including testing mindset and understanding of conversion-driven design
After Effects experience (used primarily for high-impact/hero content, not routine production)
