Are you obsessed with 2D and 3D motion? Do you close your eyes at night to visions of perfect transitions and warping digital surrealism? Us too. We’re looking for a Motion Designer to join our team of animation junkies and help us to raise heartbeats with motion, emotion, and storytelling. This is a creative-first role where you’ll work closely with other motion designers, art directors, film directors, editors, and other creatives across Radon to shape ideas into clear, thumb-stopping visual candy. What do we want from you? Captivating animation in both 2D and 3D, a good eye for design, and a curiosity for defining how we use the future tools of the trade. As Motion Designer you'll be a sparring partner to the Creative Department to challenge our thinking and deliver best-in-class digital experiences for our clients. AI tools are a natural part of the design landscape, and while they’re not the core of this role, you’re curious and open to using them where they add value. In this mid-level role you’ll play a crucial part in continuously pushing the quality of our output. You’ll challenge briefs, refine ideas, and help raise the bar for visual craft across everything we do. This is a role for someone who wants to grow, contribute, and be part of a culture that values creativity, collaboration and ambition.
