Zedcrest is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer to join our Brand & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging motion graphics and video content that communicate Zedcrest’s brand message across digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles, brand consistency, and financial services communication. The Motion Designer will collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to create compelling visuals that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Create high-quality motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and internal communications
Translate brand guidelines into dynamic video and animated assets
Develop explainer videos, product videos, promotional ads, and event visuals
Edit video content including interviews, testimonials, and corporate videos
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing managers to conceptualize campaign ideas
Ensure all motion assets align with Zedcrest’s brand identity and tone
Stay up to date with motion design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field
Professional certifications in Motion Graphics, Video Editing, or related disciplines are an added advantage
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Motion Design
Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video editing projects
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Understanding animation principles, typography in motion, and visual hierarchy
Basic knowledge of sound design and video storytelling
Experience working in financial services, fintech, or corporate environments is an advantage
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly
