Define and maintain Truveta’s motion design system and animation style, including templates, workflows, and asset libraries
Produce short-form animated ads and social assets across multiple formats and aspect ratios
Edit and finish video content, including screen capture, light live-action, voiceover-driven pieces, and motion-enhanced edits
Support occasional live video needs such as talking heads or recorded events, including setup, recording, and post-production
Partner closely with Product Marketing, Communications, and Design to translate strategy into compelling motion-led execution
Collaborate with stakeholders and partners as a strategic thought leader
Stay current with trends and tools, including AI, in motion design, animation, and video storytelling
Support internal requests for employee communications, events, and initiatives

Exceptional organization skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Demonstrated history of successfully collaborating with stakeholders, external partners, and customers
Comfortable working with executives and non-actors, providing direction and coaching when needed
High-level critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Degree or equivalent experience in design, visual art, film, television, multimedia, animation, or related field is preferred
