Job Description:

This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. As a Midweight Motion Designer (3D/AI), you sit between motion design, 3D, and AI driven content. You work on campaigns where strong motion fundamentals meet 3D visuals and new AI tools. You are hands on and comfortable switching between After Effects, 3D software, and experimental workflows. You help turn ideas into clear, high quality assets across formats and platforms. We're seeking a curious and creative individual, eager to trial new approaches and innovate for our clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create motion design work using After Effects across digital campaigns and social content
  • Strong visual judgement and confidence contributing to concepts and art direction
  • Design and animate 3D assets using Cinema 4D or Blender
  • Support projects that mix motion graphics, 3D, and AI generated content
  • Use AI tools such as Nano Banana Pro, Gemini, Veo 3, Weavy, Seedance, Wan or similar to explore new content ideas
  • Collaborate with designers, creatives, and other disciplines to develop concepts and executions
  • Adapt work across different formats, platforms, and client needs
  • Stay aware of new tools, workflows, and trends in motion, 3D, and AI

Requirements:

  • Solid experience as a midweight motion designer working across motion graphics and 3D
  • Strong After Effects skills
  • Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender
  • Hands on experience or strong curiosity around AI tools for creative content
  • A strong showreel or portfolio showing motion, 3D, and experimental work
  • Good design fundamentals, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast paced team

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Davinci Resolve or other compositing software
  • Other tools such as Houdini, Unreal Engine, Marvelous Designer
