Job Description

We’re not just looking for a “pixel pusher,” but a Visual Storyteller. Our design team is growing, and we need you as a Motion & Brand Designer to be the creative engine that sets our brand in motion. You are the missing link between static design and emotional storytelling. Your Mission: Make complexity invisible.

Job Responsibility

  • Storytelling from scratch: You develop video concepts and animations that explain our B2B solutions (workforce management) and make them emotionally engaging. From the blank page (sketch/drawing) to the final render
  • Proactive video initiative: In your first 6 months, your goal is to take our video communication to the next level. You don’t wait for tickets—you spot potential and take action
  • Balancing high-end and speed: You produce high-end hero movies (BlackMagic/Adobe), but you’re also willing to create templates in Canva so our sales and marketing colleagues can work autonomously
  • Stakeholder management: You present your concepts to management, marketing, and sales. You accept feedback, stand by your decisions, and can justify them both professionally and strategically
  • AI & innovation: You integrate the latest AI tools into your workflow to work faster and more creatively

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (mid to senior level) in agencies or companies, ideally within a B2B or tech environment
  • Expert in motion design (2D/3D)
  • strong ability to draw, quickly sketch concepts, and create original illustrations is a notable advantage
  • Skilled in animation and video tools
  • experience with FIGMA and other vector-based tools is a strong plus
  • foundational understanding of Canva and templates
  • Open and curious approach to using AI tools (e.g., Sora, Flow, N8N)
  • Creative thinker with a structured approach—brings fresh ideas while keeping files and projects well-organized for team collaboration
  • Fluent in German and English, able to communicate design concepts clearly to both designers and non-designers
