Job Description:

Under limited supervision, provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provides customers assistance with the operation and maintenance of the system
  • Serves as Motion's liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects
  • May mentor lower-level employees
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate degree and five (5) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination
  • Maintenance and reliability background
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving ability
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a stressful situation
  • Ability to manage contract location resources
  • Ability to manage travel budget
  • Excellent driving record preferred
