As a Motion Assembler in Oirschot/Eindhoven Flight Forum, you help build the advanced motion components that enable ASML lithography systems to move with extreme precision. Your hands‑on work supports the performance, quality, and reliability of modules used in semiconductor manufacturing. By securing stable and accurate motion, you contribute directly to ASML’s mission to push the boundaries of chipmaking technology.
Job Responsibility:
Assemble and test motion modules following standardized work instructions
Inspect parts and products and report deviations to your team
Support problem‑solving by identifying recurring issues and proposing improvement ideas
Coordinate daily activities within your work center and help colleagues when challenges arise
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation at all times
Apply lean principles and contribute improvement suggestions
Communicate progress, risks, and technical observations clearly to your team leader
Requirements:
Vocational diploma (MBO level 2 or 3) or equivalent in a technical field such as an electrical or mechanical technician
Experience with fine‑mechanical assembly or precision production work
Experience with soldering and the use of manual tools (such as torque wrenches or pliers)
Understanding of basic electrical principles, such as resistance or insulation testing
Ability to read technical drawings and follow structured assembly processes
Comfortable communicating in English
Nice to have:
Experience working in a clean production environment is an advantage
Basic proficiency with systems such as Excel or SAP is beneficial
Proficiency in Dutch is considered an advantage
