Qualified MOT Tester (current DVSA Smart Card essential)
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Full UK driving licence

Job Responsibility

Perform MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations
Accurately record findings and maintain compliance documentation
Conduct minor repairs and adjustments where appropriate
Liaise with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues
Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Job Responsibility

Ensure Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure complaints are kept to a minimum
Ensure all sales targets and KPI’s are achieved
Maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
Increase sales of products and services offered by the Company in accordance with procedures
Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre
Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle
Carry out MOT test to DVSA standard and input details on the DVSA computer system
Fit any product specified by the Company to customer vehicles and carry out a range of ancillary services to customer vehicles
Support other Centres when asked when necessary
