Job Description:

Adams Morey is looking for a skilled and motivated MOT Tester to join our Eastleigh aftersales team. You’ll carry out Class 4, 5, and 7 MOT tests (depending on qualifications), ensuring vehicles meet DVSA standards, and support the workshop team with routine servicing and repairs as needed.

Job Responsibility:

Perform MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations
Accurately record findings and maintain compliance documentation
Conduct minor repairs and adjustments where appropriate
Liaise with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues
Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Qualified MOT Tester (current DVSA Smart Card essential)
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Full UK driving licence
