Requirements

All MOT Testers must hold a valid MOT Tester licence which is issued by the DVSA
Flexible approach to tasks and able to manage own workload
Excellent communicator with proven experience of working in a busy retail environment in an automotive setting
Be part of a small team, but should be equally happy working on their own
Take a great degree of pride in carrying out tasks to an extremely high standard

Job Responsibility

MOT test light vehicles as set out by DVSA in a safe and efficient manner
Carry out MOT test to DVSA standard and input the details on the DVSA computer system
Fit any product specified by the Company to customer vehicles and carry out a range of ancillary services to customer vehicles
Maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
Increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
Adhere to the Company's Policy & Procedures
Comply with reasonable instructions from Management
Be available for work at the times specified by the Company
