Job Description:

We are on the hunt for a sales-driven, partner-obsessed Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive to join our high-performing team. This role is for proven wholesale professionals who bring an active, working pipeline of lender and mortgage broker partners that can immediately generate business for Knock. In this role, you will own strategic relationships across retail lending and mortgage broker partners, operate in a fully outbound capacity, and drive rapid adoption of the Knock Bridge Loan™. You will play a key role in scaling application volume and expanding Knock’s presence within the wholesale mortgage ecosystem.

Job Responsibility:

  • Activate and expand your existing lender and mortgage broker pipeline to generate immediate loan application volume
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for driving new business in your assigned territory
  • Execute scalable outbound strategies to grow adoption across lenders and broker partners
  • Manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts
  • nurture relationships to deepen engagement and increase application volume
  • Achieve a minimum of 70 loan applications per month through outreach, education, and partner enablement
  • Host recurring meetings, training sessions, and workshops with lender and broker partners to communicate product updates, review performance, and drive adoption
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and support) to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and their customers
  • Lead strategic initiatives to grow top-of-funnel activity and drive repeat applications
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including partnerships, leads, pipeline growth, and loan applications
  • Champion collaboration and contribute to a high-performing, positive team culture

Requirements:

  • Active, working pipeline of mortgage lenders and brokers, excluding real estate–only referral relationships, that can immediately generate business

  • Experience: Current or former Wholesale Account Executive with fully outbound sales experience

  • Leverage prior lender and mortgage broker relationships to build a new pipeline for Knock
  • Own outbound business development within a defined territory, consistently exceeding monthly goals
  • Partner with retail lending and mortgage broker teams to drive adoption of the Knock Bridge Loan™
