Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively engage with Citi's wealth clients and high-potential prospects to understand their intricate property financing needs, including residential purchases, investment properties, and refinancing solutions within the Singapore market
  • Provide expert, in-depth advice on a comprehensive suite of mortgage products, financing structures, interest rate strategies, and the regulatory environment of Singapore's property market
  • Structure and present tailored mortgage solutions that align precisely with clients' financial objectives and property investment strategies
  • Drive the end-to-end mortgage sales process, from initial consultation and application to approval and closing, ensuring an exceptional client experience
  • Stay at the forefront of market trends, property valuations, and competitive offerings within Singapore's mortgage industry
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Client Advisors to contribute mortgage expertise to the 'total wealth conversation' for affluent clients
  • Provide Client Advisors with expert insights on how property financing decisions impact, and are impacted by, a client's broader wealth portfolio
  • Support Client Advisors in positioning mortgage solutions as an integral component of a client's comprehensive financial planning

  • In-depth knowledge of the Singapore property market, including financing structures, regulatory landscape, and current market conditions
  • A strong conceptual understanding of wealth management principles and financial planning concepts to facilitate effective collaboration with Client Advisors and comprehend the broader financial context of client's property assets, without providing direct financial advice on non-mortgage products
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and internal partners, and effectively conveying complex mortgage information to sophisticated clientele
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a capacity for structuring bespoke financial solutions
  • Proven ability to drive successful outcomes in a competitive environment
