Job Responsibility

  • Manage, mentor and develop the existing team of Mortgage Advisors
  • Drive team performance through KPIs and sales management
  • Increase protection and general insurance penetration across the team
  • Recruit and grow the team by 2-3 additional advisors alongside support staff
  • Coach advisors to maximise performance and maintain high service standards
  • Work closely with the business owner to support the continued growth of the brokerage
  • Travel between the company's estate agency branches as required

Requirements

  • Current or recent Mortgage Advisor with a strong sales background
  • Experience coaching, mentoring or training junior advisors
  • Previous estate agency mortgage experience is essential
  • Consistently writing high levels of business
  • Ambition to move into a leadership and management position
  • Strong understanding of mortgage, protection and GI sales
