As our New Partner Compliance Supervisor (Mortgage Quality and Compliance Supervisor), you’ll play a key role in ensuring mortgage firms and advisers who are new to the Stonebridge Network receive consistent, high‑quality support as they work towards CAS accreditation. You’ll be hands‑on with case reviews, business standards reviews, CPD monitoring and promotional material checks — while also coaching colleagues and helping to harmonise standards across the team. This is a great role for someone who enjoys a blend of technical compliance work, people development, and continuous improvement. You’ll also deputise for the New Partner Compliance Manager when required, giving you exposure to leadership responsibilities and cross‑team collaboration.
