Job Responsibility

Review mortgage and insurance case files against internal and FCA standards
Conduct 1-2-1 reviews and performance observations with advisers
Provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance by phone and email
Review promotional materials and adviser CPD records to ensure compliance
Maintain accurate internal records and management information
