Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Strong knowledge of the mortgage and protection market
Comfortable generating business alongside working company leads
Ability to work independently in a self-employed environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Full UK driving licence preferred due to regional client coverage

Job Responsibility

Advising clients on mortgage and protection solutions tailored to their needs
Handling a mixture of provided leads and self-generated business
Managing the full mortgage process from enquiry through to completion
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, estate agents and introducers
Providing expert guidance across residential, remortgage and protection products
Generating business through networking and relationship building
Delivering excellent customer service throughout the client journey
Managing your own administration and pipeline
