Job Responsibility:

  • Provide advice on residential, buy-to-let and shared ownership mortgages
  • Manage a high volume of warm, qualified leads
  • Deliver strong protection advice alongside mortgage recommendations
  • Convert leads efficiently and compliantly
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and introducers
  • Attend the Essex office weekly for collaboration and performance support

Requirements:

  • Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
  • Experience advising on residential mortgages
  • Comfortable handling shared ownership, buy-to-let and self-employed cases
  • Strong track record of converting leads
  • Confident discussing and selling protection products (life & income protection essential)
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a busy lead flow
