Job Description:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a busy mortgage and protection brokerage. They are looking to add an experienced, organised and motivated administrator to their friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous mortgage administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring mortgage and protection applications are processed efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion while maintaining high standards of compliance and client communication.

Job Responsibility:

  • Processing mortgage and protection applications from submission through to completion
  • Liaising with lenders, insurers, solicitors, and clients to ensure smooth case progression
  • Managing client documentation and ensuring compliance requirements are met
  • Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems
  • Chasing outstanding documentation and keeping clients updated on progress
  • Supporting advisers with general administrative tasks
  • Ensuring all client files are fully compliant in line with regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a mortgage and protection administration role (essential)
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
