A $600 million bank is seeking an experienced Mortgage Originator for their Omaha office. The bank offers a broad range of loan products, including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, construction, bridge, and HELOC loans. Known for its collaborative culture and can-do attitude, the bank prides itself in having an exceptional turnaround time from application to close. This opportunity comes as the bank seeks to expand its lending team to support its growth.

Job Responsibility:

Originate mortgage loans
Self-source business
Manage referrals from established network
Support bank's growth by expanding lending team

Requirements:

At least 3 years of mortgage origination experience
Ability to self-source business
Established portfolio of realtors, developers, and centers of influence
Average production of $8 million plus
