We are working with a fast growing mortgage brokerage who specialise in new build property, working closely with major developers and sales teams. The business has ambitious growth plans which you could be a part of.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a mortgage qualifier / coordinator team to exceed targets
  • Drive performance across call quality, conversion rates, productivity, and task completion
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to allocate workload, identify training needs, and support development
  • Coach, mentor, and onboard new team members as the team scales
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where required
  • Act as a senior representative when dealing with builder sales managers and senior sales executives

Requirements

  • Extensive experience within the mortgage industry with strong end-to-end mortgage knowledge
  • Proven people management or team leadership experience
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and strong sales personalities
  • Ability to motivate, mentor, and manage individuals with varying experience levels
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven, office-based environment
  • Strong work ethic with willingness to lead from the front
