Job Responsibility:
Lead, motivate, and manage a mortgage qualifier / coordinator team to exceed targets
Drive performance across call quality, conversion rates, productivity, and task completion
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to allocate workload, identify training needs, and support development
Coach, mentor, and onboard new team members as the team scales
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where required
Act as a senior representative when dealing with builder sales managers and senior sales executives
Requirements:
Extensive experience within the mortgage industry with strong end-to-end mortgage knowledge
Proven people management or team leadership experience
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and strong sales personalities
Ability to motivate, mentor, and manage individuals with varying experience levels
Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven, office-based environment
Strong work ethic with willingness to lead from the front
