Job Description

This role supports the Mortgage Administration department and focuses on document review, loan setup, and system data entry.

Job Responsibility

  • Review mortgage documents to ensure accuracy and confirm they are properly attached to the loan file
  • Bundle documents and validate that they open and function correctly in the loan system
  • Enter loan funding data into the mortgage processing system
  • Set up commitments and allocate loans as required
  • Learn to lock loans and clear system alerts as time permits

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in mortgage operations or a related field
  • Familiarity with loan administration processes and mortgage regulations
  • Proficiency in using mortgage processing and loan origination systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document review and data entry
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
  • Basic understanding of loan commitments and funding allocations
