Job Description:

Multi – State Licensed Consumer Direct Loan Officer. Allied Direct, a division of Allied Mortgage Group, is growing its Bala Cynwyd, PA Direct-to-Consumer Sales Team. Allied Mortgage Group is a mortgage banker currently licensed in 35 states. Our forward-thinking team is committed to helping our clients obtain residential real estate financing tailored to their personal needs and goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Directly responsible for converting company-provided leads to funded mortgage loans
  • Telephone and online origination of mortgage loans through internet, direct mail campaigns, referrals, and/or other marketing campaign
  • Provide superior customer service skills by responding to company-provided leads in an affective and timely manner
  • Engage with consumers, determine their needs, and offer the appropriate mortgage products
  • Assist Allied’s processing team in obtaining necessary information to close loans in a compliant and timely manner
  • Meet individual monthly sales goals
  • Stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry

Requirements:

  • Recent origination experience in the residential mortgage industry required
  • Multi-State NMLS Licensing
  • Strong telephone sales and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to connect quickly with people in an outgoing, friendly manner
  • Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision-making skills
  • Will need to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to pass a background check for state licensing
