Job Responsibility

Responsible for developing new loan business and maintaining relationships with existing clients
Originate Conventional, FHA, VA and Rural Development mortgages
Evaluate loan application, counsel clients on various loan programs and provide guidance on their best options
Collect and analyze consumer’s financial information to determine if the client and the property qualify for a particular loan
Submit completed loan applications to the processing department
Work closely with Processors in managing work flow to ensure deadlines are met
Communicate with clients and real estate partners through the entire loan process to ensure a positive experience
Market to real estate partners, builders, developers, and other referral sources to attract new business and build your partner portfolio
Attend and participate in real estate and community functions
Participate in training (in person, live calls, or pre-recorded calls)
